We are looking for a new employee for our new Outside School Club (OSC): Devi Outdoor. This OSC is all about immersing children in nature, encouraging them to explore through touch, smell, taste, and observation. We work with what we find, which means building huts, making nettle soup, searching for creatures in the soil, creating fire, finding tracks on the ground, or playing hide and seek. We also work with various themes for deeper exploration and creativity. There are structured activities for children to participate in as well as opportunities for free play!
What does the role entail?
As a Outside School Club employee at Devi Outdoor, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting children in after-school care. You'll create a safe and stimulating environment where children can play, discover, and learn. You are creative, enthusiastic, and have a passion for nature and outdoor activities. You will organise and lead various activities, such as treasure hunts, sports and games and arts and crafts. You will work closely with a team of experienced Outside School Club employees and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with:
- At least a relevant diploma at MBO level, such as pedagogy, or sports and exercise (if you're unsure if your diploma qualifies, please contact amanda@devikids.com).
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to inspire children.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
