Usually you visit a daycare center before you register your child by scheduling a tour . After the tour, do you have a good feeling about the daycare center? Then it's time to register your child.
Welcome to
Before your child can start at the nursery, a 'settling-in' period is scheduled. At this time, your child will attend the nursery for half a day. This allows your child to get used to its environment. It's not just a time for your child to get used to the environment, but also a time for you as a parent. Of course, you will have to get used to being away from your child. An introductory moment lasts from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The moment will take place 1 to 2 weeks before the start.
Intake interview
During the settling-in period the intake interview will also take place. The interview will take about half an hour. Your child will stay with Devi Kids until the morning is over. Prior to the interview you will receive an intake form. This should be completed and taken to the interview.
Transfer
In the morning when you bring your child there will be a transfer. The teacher will ask you how your child is doing. Here you can indicate any specific requests, such as how your child slept or how your child ate. When you pick up your child, they will tell you how the day went and if there were anything special.
Parent portal
At Devi Kids we work with a parent portal. This contains all kinds of information you need as a parent. Through this portal we also communicate with the parents. In addition, you will receive daily photos of your child through the parent portal. This way you can see what he/she is doing.
